A572 is a steel plate of high strength low alloy steel used in a variety of structural applications. It is produced in grades 42, 50, 60 and 65-degrees representing Creep resistance. The most common grade is grade 50 which is produced to a thickness of 4 “. Special order we can deliver greater thicknesses in this grade.
API 2H Grade 50
Eta plate was designed for the production of offshore structures or where the strength and integrity of the material requires safe and controlled manner. It is regulated by API (American Petroleum Institute) and in some cases by ABS (American Bureau of Shipbuilding) material. It is commonly used in offshore piles.
This material can be supplied with the following supplements: S1, S3, S4, S5 and S12.
